В феврале среди пользователей Steam прошел очередной опрос, в ходе которого Valve хотела выяснить, железо от каких производителей является самым популярным. По результатам опроса, безоговорочную победу одержали такие компании, как Intel (процессоры) и Nvidia (видеокарты), которые оказались самыми востребованными среди геймеров в Steam.
Если сравнивать результаты февральского опроса с предыдущими месяцами, то можно найти некоторые изменения. Во-первых, доля AMD выросла с 8,2 % 8,9 % (видеокарты). Процессоры от AMD также стали немного популярнее и составляют 9,12 % по сравнению с 8,1 % в предыдущем опросе.
Что касается победителей, их доля составила 85,3 % у Nvidia и 90,88 % у Intel. Стоит также добавить, что самой популярной операционной системой по-прежнему является Windows 7 (x-64). Что касается железа, то здесь можно увидеть следующие результаты: Nvidia GTX 1060 — самая популярная видеокарта, Oculus Rift стал востребованнее HTC Vive, а четырехъядерные процессоры до сих пор остаются доминирующими на рынке.
